Our process.
Here’s what you can expect when you work with us.
Hey there! We are currently on hiatus and not taking on any clients.
Step 1: You have an idea
Gather some inspiration pictures from Google and Pinterest.
Get a rough idea of size.
Sketch your idea. We’re pros at translating napkin sketches so don’t be shy about sharing your doodles.
Text or email us your inspo photos and sketches before or during the call.
Step 2: We get all the details
We’ll hop on a quick phone call to get the info we need to start your quote.
We’ll talk about design, size, materials, finish options, budget and timeline.
Step 3: We email you a quote
If we need to do a site visit for measurements, we’ll let you know.
If there are any revisions to design, materials or size, they’ll happen at this stage.
You have 2 weeks to review the estimate and give us a thumbs up to move forward.
Step 4: We add you to the queue
We require a 50% deposit to add you next-in-line on our production queue.
We’ll be able to give you a rough start date.
Some projects require to-scale drawings. We’ll share them and get your approval before the build starts.
Step 5: Watch your build
We share Instagram stories of what we’re up to in our workshop. Ask us to tag you if you’d like to watch your piece come to life!
If we have any questions, we’ll email or text. Don’t hesitate to do the same.
Step 6: Your piece goes home
Once your project is complete, we’ll invoice you for the remaining balance and schedule pickup (for smaller pieces) or delivery (for larger ones).
If your piece requires installation, we’ll schedule a phone call to discuss details and set a game plan.
